A Safe & Respectful Environment

My services are strictly therapeutic, professional, and authentic traditional Thai medical treatments. As a necessary security measure, I exclusively accept appointments via advanced online booking only. I do not arrange appointments via:

• Phone calls, text messages, or emails.

• ​

• Social media direct messages (DMs) or any external outlets.

• ​

• I do not offer mobile massage services under any circumstances.

​

Any inappropriate remarks, abusive behaviors, manipulation tactics, entitlement, no-shows, or misconduct will result in:

​

• The immediate termination of your session.

​

• A full charge of the scheduled service fee.

​​

• A permanent ban from my studio.

​

​​Health Screening & Safety Contagious Illness

​

• Contagious Illness: If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness (such as a fever, heavy cough, or the flu), please utilize your 48-hour booking window to reschedule. I reserve the right to refuse service immediately if a client shows visible signs of acute illness.

• Medical Contraindications: If your health intake notes indicate a medical condition that makes the treatment unsafe or inadvisable for you, I will promptly decline the reservation for your own safety. In these specific cases, a 100% full refund of your deposit will be automatically issued to your original card via our Square payment system.

​Fraud Prevention & Law Enforcement Transmission

Thai Origin Massage takes digital security, identity verification, and fraud prevention very seriously. To protect my clients and my workspace, any attempt at fraudulent booking, submission of false payment details, identity theft, or non-compliant conduct will lead to immediate cancellation.

In compliance with local laws, relevant electronic transaction data, digital logging metrics, and secure on-site surveillance footage will be compiled immediately. This documentation will be forwarded directly to:

• The Gatineau Police Service (Service de police de la Ville de Gatineau)

• ​

• The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (CAFC) for formal legal investigation and criminal reporting.
